The short version: your schedule, tasks and grades never leave your phone. The only data that exists outside it is the anonymous receipt of your one-time purchase — and any events YOU choose to write into your own calendar.
Your study data: nothing. TermFlow has no accounts, no login, no analytics, no ads and no tracking of any kind. If you buy the one-time unlock, the purchase itself is processed by the app store and validated by RevenueCat (see below).
Every subject, class block, task, exam and grade you enter is stored locally on your device (an on-device database). It never leaves your phone unless YOU save a backup file or a calendar export and share it yourself.
If you choose to connect your calendar, TermFlow asks for the system calendar permission and writes your classes and deadlines into the calendar YOU pick (for example your Google or Outlook calendar). Those events then live in your own calendar account, under that provider's privacy policy. TermFlow never reads your existing calendar events for any other purpose, and never sends calendar data to us or anyone else. You can disconnect at any time; the optional .ics export works the same way — you decide where the file goes.
Your entries are never sent to anyone. The app includes one third-party SDK, RevenueCat, used only to validate the one-time purchase: it receives the purchase receipt, an anonymous user ID and a device identifier, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. This is not linked to your identity, is never used for tracking or advertising, and is never sold.
If you turn on class or deadline reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device. No reminder data is sent to any server.
Data collected: purchase history and identifiers (anonymous), used only for app functionality, not linked to you and not used to track you. Everything else: not collected, not shared.
Your data is yours, and you can remove it at any time:
TermFlow is a study planner intended for users 18 and over. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
