How to use TermFlow

  1. Set up your term: start and end dates, and whether your school uses A/B rotating weeks.
  2. Add each subject with its color, then add its class blocks (day, start and end time — different times on different days are fine).
  3. Swipe on the weekly grid to flip between Week A and Week B.
  4. Add tasks and exams with due dates; grades are averaged with the weights you choose.
  5. Connect your calendar in Settings and TermFlow writes your classes and deadlines there — and keeps it up to date automatically every time you change something. You can also export a .ics file.
  6. Everything stays on YOUR phone. Save a backup file from Settings to move to a new phone.

Do I need an account?

No. No login, no servers. Everything is saved on the device and works offline.

I synced but I don't see the events in my calendar app

Your events are there — some calendar apps refresh their views lazily. Switch views (for example to Month) or pull down to refresh. The web version of your calendar can take a few minutes while your phone uploads to the cloud.

How do I delete my data?

Delete items in the app, or uninstall TermFlow to remove the entire on-device database. See the Privacy Policy for full steps.
