The short version: your driving log — every drive, hour, name and note — never leaves your phone. RoadHours has no account, no cloud and no ads, and we never see your data.
Nothing. RoadHours has no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking of any kind. The current version makes no network requests at all: the learner's name, the supervising driver's name, drive dates, hours, night hours, weather, road types and notes exist only on your device. We never receive, store or sell any of it.
Everything you enter is stored locally on your device. It never leaves your phone unless YOU export it (the Supervised Driving Log PDF, a CSV or a JSON backup) and share it yourself — with your DMV, your driving school or anyone you choose.
RoadHours is designed for parents and teen learners to use together. The app does not require or collect any personal information, and nothing entered is transmitted anywhere. There are no accounts, social features, ads or third-party services.
Your entries are never sent to anyone. The current version is free and talks to no servers. If a future version adds an optional one-time unlock, the purchase would be processed by Google Play or Apple and validated by RevenueCat (receipt + anonymous ID only, never your log) — and this policy will be updated first.

Your data is yours. Use "Delete all my data" in Settings (or simply delete the app) and everything is gone permanently. Export it any time from Settings or the DMV Log tab.
RoadHours is an independent personal logbook. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any Department of Motor Vehicles, licensing agency or driving school. Hour requirements shown in the app are published defaults that may change — verify current rules with your licensing agency.
