RoadHours: Teen Driving Log — support

How it works

  1. Pick your state once. RoadHours fills in the published supervised-hours requirement (total and night); edit it if your DMV told you something different.
  2. After each practice drive tap Log a drive: date, duration, night or day, weather, road types — ten seconds. Or tap Start a drive before leaving and Stop & save when you park.
  3. The Hours tab shows total and night hours against the requirement and estimates your finish date.
  4. Before the road test open DMV Log and export the PDF: every drive plus the certification block for the supervising driver to sign. If your state has its own official form, copy the entries onto it.

Will the DMV accept the PDF?

Some states accept a printed log; others require their own form or a sworn parent certification. RoadHours gives you the complete, dated record either way — verify what your state accepts before the test.

Can I lose my hours?

There is no account to get logged out of and nothing is stored online. Your log stays on the phone; back it up from Settings (a small file you can email yourself) before switching phones.

How is "night" defined?

Each state defines it differently (often sunset to sunrise). RoadHours suggests night minutes from the start time and you can adjust them on every drive.
